LASER COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS POLYUS Research & Development Institute offers a new laser communications system for open links, which can be used for date communications with rate of 0.1 to 34 Mbps. Today our laser medical systems are widely used by leading medical centers and hospital.

   LPS Laser Communication System can be use for opened communication links with simplex or duplex mode between objects, which are in direct visual range. LPS Laser Communication System provides data transfer of digital flow with at of 0.1 to 34 Mbps with CMI coding.

   The system includes receiver and transmitter in heated hermetic packages with input and output windows, which connected by electrical or by fiberoptic (optional) cable. The high-sensitive receiver consists of photoreceiving module with input scope, heater providing workability at negative ambient temperature, LED or laser module for optional fiberoptic cable, electric adapter for power supply. The transmitter consists of laser module with an output scope, stabilization and output light modulator units, laser control unit, and heater. The second laser module can be mounted to exclude link interruption at breakdown of laser module.
